Subscription renewal for Standard and Value Plus accounts is the responsibility of the subscriber. Additional funds may deposited to an account at any time (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, check). Except for Special accounts, invoices will no longer be routinely mailed to subscribers. If you require an invoice in order to make a payment, please contact the MRCC Service Office (217-244-8226).

The entire suite of MACS products will be available to all subscribers. Users will be charged only for actual products accessed, not for moving between web pages, changing a station name, etc. Charges will be debited from accounts in real time at the current product billing unit rate (after each product access). You will be able to check your account status while logged in to your account. Please contact the MRCC Service Office to add funds to your account.

The MRCC reserves the right to modify product access charges at anytime. Notification of any such changes will be provided on our web site.

Accounts will not expire as long as there is a balance in the account.
