Termination of Account
Accounts that carry a zero or negative balance or a balance less
than the minimum data access charge will be closed if no funds
are deposited into the account within 90 days.
If an account is closed for the reason above, the user will have
to pay the standard setup fee to reestablish their account.
Customers may terminate their account at any time, and the balance
in their account will be refunded. Refunds for balances of less
than $5.00 will not be made. Customers who later decide to re-open
an account once an existing account has been closed will be required
to pay the set-up fee.
