Orders

Orders for climate data are received via phone, fax, e-mail, and U.S. Mail. Routine orders will be filled in the sequence in which they are received, unless you select "rush" service at a premium price. Routine data requests are usually completed within three work days. Larger and/or more complex orders requiring extensive data set processing or customized programming may take longer to fulfill, and an estimated completion date will be provided to you upon request.
